1. Warm-up, 5 minutes
Breathe in slowly and feel your chest get bigger, then breathe out. How long can you blow on your hand?
2. The tour, on the projector
Stop at each chapter to breathe in and out together, then vote on the quiz answers.
Projector mode is the tour with ?projector on the end of its address. It's big and landscape, each chapter waits for you to press Next, and nothing is saved on the computer: no progress, no animal cards, no login.
3. Away from the screen
Bubble breaths: blow gently through a straw into a cup of water, and watch the air you breathed out come out as bubbles.
