Terms of use

Little Roos is free. These are the few rules that come with it, in plain words.

Who we are

Little Roos is made by Film Me Pty Ltd (ABN 57 612 132 395), trading as Little Roos Toys, in the Blue Mountains, New South Wales. "We" and "us" on this page means Film Me Pty Ltd. Using littleroos.com means you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.

Who it's for

Little Roos is made for children aged two to eight, playing with a grown-up nearby. Grown-ups decide what a child plays and for how long. The site suggests a rest every so often, but it can't replace a grown-up's eye.

There are no accounts, no payments and nothing to buy. Nothing about your child is collected: the privacy page says exactly what is kept on your own device, and that nothing is sent to us.

What you may do

The copyright and licence page sets out exactly what you may and may not do with the games, pictures, voices and words.

What you may not do

Learning, not advice

Little Roos is for learning and play. We check every fact against a named source, and the grown-ups' guide for each game and tour says where it comes from. But nothing here is medical, health, developmental, speech or educational advice for a particular child. The body tours and the feelings stories are not a substitute for a doctor or psychologist. If you're worried about a child, please talk to a professional.

Talk, the communication board, is a free tool. It is not a medical device, and it doesn't replace an assessment by a speech pathologist, who can help you choose and set up the right system for your child.

Other websites

The grown-ups' pages link to the sources we checked facts against, such as government, museum and university sites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them. The children's pages don't link out.

If something goes wrong

We work hard to keep the site safe, accurate and working, but it's provided as it is, and it may sometimes be unavailable, change, or have a mistake in it. If you find one, please tell us and we'll fix it. Things saved in your browser stay on your device: clearing the browser, or changing device without saving a copy, can lose them.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using the site, or from not being able to use it.

Changes

We may change these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it last changed.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales can hear any dispute about them.

Asking us anything

Write to roo@littleroos.com.au and a real person will answer.

Last changed 12 October 2026.
